Shipping

All of the items in my shop are RTS (ready to ship) unless otherwise specified.

All RTS items will be shipped within 3 business days from the date of purchase not including holidays or weekends.

All Domestic orders will be shipped via USPS standard mail with a tracking number.

Priority mail upgrades can be made available for an additional fee if arranged with me prior to purchasing.

Refunds, exchanges and replacements are up to my sole discretion and will be taken on a case by case basis. Please contact me prior to placing an order to purchase insurance for your package if you are worried about damage or loss during transit.

International

International customers assume responsibility for any and all customs fees that may be incurred when they place an order. No items will be falsely marked as "gifts" or with a value that is less than their actual value.
